- $1,500 rebate to DDS on purchase of full Engle Chair Package.
- Qualifying package must include chair, delivery unit, and light. (Cygnus package excluded)
- Offer may not be used in combination with any other promotions or discounts
- Product must be purchased between May 3, 2021 and September 30, 2021; and installed and invoiced no later than October 31, 2021.
- All rebate submissions must be received by November 15, 2021.
