Dental Chair
Use touch pad and lift chair to maximum height and recline the chair back fully back. Look under the chair seat on the left hand side. There will be a Block assembly midway back under the seat. You will see a sticker with the chair Serial number.

Serial number is located on the underside of the hand piece delivery system behind the tubing.
